I happened to find this book at the Library - If you are just now learning to make a web site, I recommand reading this basic book first, cause all the other books from this company, including CSS Anthology, builds from this basic book. No overlapping of info. So if you want to know more, you have to get the next book. All books are well written and easy to understand - step by step. This book starts from scratch - all the way up to uploading your pages to the net. There are tutorials to down load from their web site that matches each chapter of each book. So had to return the basic book to the library and buy my own copy. Sage
This book was a great guide for making what you already have look better. Not for the people trying to first learn HTML. More of a guide to help you expand the things you already know about web pages and how they work. Great purchase and worth the money.
Good book for beginner CSS users, as well as people with a little backing in CSS and HTML. Good references for free tools to help get you started making websites without having to purchase software like Dreamweaver and such.
