What a insightful and sad story. To hear this first hand account about drug use and the situations we get ourselves into chasing a “high” is very saddening and unbelievable. Makes you really think!

Our daughter was reguired to read this book. I my self read the copy she had been given to read and after reading that copy I had to get our own personal copy for my other teen girls to read and my husband as well. I very highly think every Family should take the time to read this book, there is so much information in this book on drugs we just don't know, and as parents and teens we need to be made aware of what is out there, and how easy it is toi have it slipped to you withought even knowing it. The best defence we have on keeping our kids and teens of drugs is to be exducated of what is really out there and this book is an excellent start for that. So I very highly recommend this book to everyone. Thanks
Enjoyed this book. Read it quite a few years ago. Enjoyed rereading it

I'm a 26 year old grown man now and I read this book when I was 15. This was the first book, or really diary, that I had ever read that I could not put down until it was finished. I think the fact that it was a true, sincere writing made it so engrossing, there is no pretense in this book only real straight emotion. I have not read this book in 11 years and I can't remember specifics but I remember how it made me feel because it stays with me to this day. Even though I bought this copy for my wife's Birthday, due to the fact that she is a Therapist and works with teenagers and I know this book is relevant to her profession, I can not wait to read this book again from an adult perspective.
Got it for my daughter to read, I read it right after it was published.
