I read the whole book cover to cover, but use the exercise pictures and descriptions over and over again. I would not suggest buying the book for the guaranteed weight loss promise on the cover, but for the simple, low time commitment excercises to do 6 times a week. The exercises are easy to fit in and great for physical and mental health in so many ways. Who knows, with the body confidence you gain through your 8 minute program, you might actually be ready to add on an aerobic component or review your diet choices. When you feel good about yourself more things are possible.
I love the book. I had the book previously but lost it. so i ordered this one I use it every day so was lost without it Its a great inspiration to my daily exercise program. And of course after I received it a few days later I found the one I had lost LOL But thats ok I have a spare!! RMHF/IDAHO
