A thief and his obsessions
A journalist's account of a famous orchid smuggler-thief who personified the obsession which can claim an orchid-fancier. One gets a good overview of the nature of this obsession, from history to the present day. An interesting account, but not a keeper for me, as I shall likely not reread it.
