I doubt this anime got popular, but it still tries to entertain its audience. It at least serves as a good diversion for those wanting mere entertainment.

The good: It's one of the silliest anime I had seen in recent years (beside Excel-saga, of course) All the jokes had been done before, but execution of these slap-stick/joke was right on the money. Cute characters designs... ^_^; But you have to watch it to experience the mayham. The bad: Nothing really bad - beside the short 18-mins-per-espisode-format. The dub was as good as the sub.. US/Canada based dub companies had done their jobs well. Kudos to them. The ugly: Like I said, this show is a like box of fine Belgium Chocolate - once you watch one, you have the watch the other.. I nearly missed work for a week because I was so tired from laughing when I watch this show on a weekend. It's very addicting. Conclusion: This is one of those anime that can be watched over again. I bought the box set after I had already watched the first disc. The first disc was so funny, that I just had to have the whole set. The laughs continue though this whole season. Though the girls are cute and funny, my favorite character is the computer chip who was put inside a strange stuffed animal. He's always making some kind of wise crack at one of the girls' expense. If you are an anime fan and you like comedies, this one should be good for you.
