A wonderful reminder of how important humor and romance are to those serving in our military at all times and eras. The music is bold, sprightly and very memorable. Many lyrics are humorous and others tinged with romance and even pathos. Ronald Reagan leads an excellent cast and the costumes are super. Highly recommended for anyone interested in musicals,humor or nostalgia.

This is a classic film that is worth watching although it is not likely to be one that will be watched over and over again. This was purchased to increase our library of good classic films that the whole family could watch together.
This movie had men dressed as women dancing. COME ON!!! It didnt really mean much back then but now. Other than that it was fine, if you whant to see 20 minutes of crossdressers doing there thing
