beautiful cookbook for crock and dutch oven cooking
i found this book at the library and borrowed it. i love the practical and delicious recipes and use them for my new cast iron dutch oven. beautiful pics too. the book also gives a history of slow cooking and explains how cooking this way tenderizes meats and makes all flavors combine beautifully.
