The latches for the base don't latch very positively. The main "gripe" is that the wheels could be larger so it rolls a bit better, such as on a shop floor with wood chips and such. I really like that it has the tool holders, and that it has a cord holder. It really "sucks" well, and the blower feature actually has a lot of force. Overall, I really like this unit, of course we call it the R2 unit!

I'm very disappointed, I have a older unit, this unit was to replace the older unit, this units accessories were cheep, the hose, accessories were 1 1/4" the tool holder is cheep, the electrical cord is 10' shorter than the older one. These tools are the same tools as used on the much smaller cheaper less powerful units. This new unit is a 12 gal 6 hp, a powerful unit and Shop Vac uses 1 1/4" tools. My older unit had 2 1/2" tools, a handle so you can move it around easily and a tool storage basket. All of my shop tools are fitted with 2 1/2" fittings, a real disappointment.

This is a much weaker shop vac than what I'm used to. I don't think the hp is what they advertise it as. I did the test with an older shop vac with less power and it by far exceeded this shop vacs performance. The hose provided is to small to do the job of a shop vac. It will not suck up anything larger than a marble. I spent more time unplugging small debris from the hose than I did actually vacuuming.

This item is easy to use. It is light and easy to move around. The extra long cord allows it to stretch. No complaints.
