I am purchasing this meatloaf pan once again. By my own admission it rusted, because I did not dry it well enough. I owned my first one for a few years, therefore, I cannot complain. I love meatloaf, and especially love making it in this pan. It is so easy to lift the meatloaf out, and it is a joy to see the fat that has dripped out of the meat into the pan, versus into my stomach. I highly recommended this product.

Its great because your meatloaf isn't soaking in grease. Plus it can't stick to the bottom of the pan.And its easy to lift out of the pan and plop on a platter. Wish I would have had this 40 years ago. Its the bomb!

I replaced my older meat loaf pan with this Chicago one and I am so pleased with my purchase! It does what it says! The meat loaf actually did NOT stick to the pan or to the lift out portion! I was amazed! After using this pan I threw my older one in the trash! You won't regret this purchase!

Incredible quality! I was actually going to take two meatloaf pans nested with holes drilled in one to allow the grease to drop through. Then I spotted this. There is no downside to this meatloaf pan. Just be careful not to scratch the pan coating and it will stay non-stick for years. I usually make two loaves at a time, so I shall purchase another without hesitation. No more meatloaf swimming in grease!

Have used it twice now. Love the non-stick and how easy it is to remove from the pan and slide onto a plate. Also the grease remains in the bottom of the pan.
