As a collector of vintage figures I have always loved the original Kenner cardbacks. As a child I loved seeing the movie stills imposed on the card. The retro look of these cards are very impressive and bring back memories of those figures as seen in the 70’s and 80’s. I really appreciate the effort Hasbro has taken to give us these figures in this style. While many of us cannot afford an original carded vintage figure these aspire to the nostalgia with newer redesigned and more articulated action figures. He comes with his heavy blaster and pistol that fits in holster plus his equipment pack which is detachable. The articulation is very good as well and allows for many action poses. This figure in my opinion is the best sculpt to date of Dengar. The face detail is very good as well as the armor. I am glad to see he got to be No. 1 in the new Vintage collection even though Boba Fett would be my choice of Bounty Hunters. Kudos to Hasbro for showing him the love he deserves! The Star Wars 2010-2012 Vintage Collection is the next big thing in collectibles. There are plenty in the series (over 110). They have the identical packaging to the original Star Wars figures (that you can no longer afford), but the figures are vastly superior. They have value (ranging from $15 to $100), so not only are they collectible, but they have potential for tremendous growth, especially with the next three films coming out. So when you put all of these elements into play, this series is the next BIG thing in action figures!
