I highly recommend this book. I'm 56 years old and it reminded me of life before all the factory made food we so easily grab now. All the slow cancer causing habits we have as life has slowly changed for what is the most convenient. Its a totally different concept than a diet. I learned so many things I use on a daily basis. Just practical stuff. I listened to the audio book while driving. Listened to it twice. Lost ten pounds and have kept it off.
