Chilling, disturbing and true to life are three qualities that make for a great horror movie. This movie has all three. You must remember that it was made in the 70's so it is a period piece of work. However, that does not take away from the evil presented in this movie. I highly recommend this movie to all true horror lovers.
i read a lot of reviews before buying this title,but it has very good atosomspere,and quite creepy for a older movie,i thought it had a good plot but did drag in places.i had read how dark and grainly most of the trasfers were.i bought the cello digimat remastered verison,it,s fairly good.
If you are looking for a classic scary movie that is not too gory like the newer blood bath flicks, this is for you. Scary enough with the 70s look and feel of somewhat B rated acting and just enough left to the imagination on the gore. I loved it.
A must see for horror movie fans, I am not a fan of them, but have a friend that does, and he liked it, reason for buying is:bought it for mixed company
