labels are great for "Non-Video" disk they were not in original packaging but new and in great condition. These labels allow for three different options on CD/DVD disc - I use Case & spline labels to label almost everything. Software is still free download But may need to be tweaked For Windows 8.1. I do not recommend using on video disk. But are great for data and are cheaper than printable DVD's
