I absolutely love this flour!!! I have Navajo family that makes fry bread and I love that too! First I am teaching myself to make it and you need this flour. But, I used it to also to make homemade noodles they were awesome. Also used it for pie crust and it was hum hum good!!! Just hope I can get the fry bread down where it is exactly like my families in Arizona! Wish me luck!! Will continue to buy this product!

Flour is the greatest for a certain bread which is called for indigenous people bannock, luskinikn and frybread!! I'm sure is good for other things, however I buy it exclusively for the bread! Price wise is a bit more than other vendors, like, Eagle feather trading post!
