This is an awesome pilates video. It is a super start as Ana Caban takes you through the basics of pilates from Joseph Pilates. She explains it and the introduces you to a routine. While she does a harder version, Tara does a more moderate work out for you to follow. It really shapes you quickly and you'll see great tone in ten times and a whole new body in thirty times. It is fun to do. It will help you stand taller and be flexible too.
This program is a great workout! It's wonderful for both beginners and those who want a more challenging workout. Ana Caban is excellent and gives clear demonstrations and instructions. You'll notice the results!
i bought this item so that i could incooperate more pilates into my workout as the gym that i go to only offers pilates once a week. it is good but now i am ready to move on to the next level. i will be shopping for that.
