Keep them coming! If you do not have the Little Einsteins DVD you must get one, or all of them. I think I get more excited then my kids for the next one to come out. My 1 1/2 year old son got "Rocket" because his favorite part of the show is when they are taking off. He loves to pat and loves to "blast off" even more. My 4 year old likes it because of the "safari hats". He is very interested in the wild and outdoors, so this is his favorite DVD of the three right now. My 2 year old likes dancing so she is always up and moving with the music. Little Einsteins is great for many ages, and gets them to participate instead of sitting there like lumps. Adding the dress-up clothes and instruments makes it even more fun for the kids. Can't wait until February 27th for the next one!!!Read full review
I have to say that out of all of the children's programs that my son could have an affinity for I'm glad he choose Little Einsteins. The programs are educational and interactive. Each adventure introduces young children to classic music and famous artwork. It is also engaging for young children and requires them to interact with the video during each episode. I find the simple themes perfect for a toddler (my son is almost 2) as well as low on the irritating factor for the parents. My only complant is that there are currently only three videos out right now and more varity would be nice for my son. I'd recommend this video to any parent who wants to introduce classical music and artwork to a young child.
I bought this video because it is a great educational program for children. In our area it is on early in the morning, so sometimes it doesn't work into our hectic schedule. Now having the DVD my daughter can watch it any time she wants. She chooses it over and over. We love the music and artwork included in each episode. My daughter, age 3, has picked up so many new things from these shows. If you limit your child's viewing of TV-this should be at the top of the list of shows they CAN watch. Great addition to any childs collection.
Nice DVD. When the Family Channel in Canada recently stopped showing Little Einsteins at it's normal time I was looking to find a DVD with a few episodes for my son. This DVD has 3 episodes in all, starting with the origins of the Little Einsteins which is a good backstory if you or your child has never seen the show. My son enjoys the DVD and so far keeps asking us to replay it the moment the credits start. (Hopefully it'll last until next week when we take a long plane ride.)
I like it because it is educational and my triplets like it. Any wholesome video that keeps their attention is a good buy in my book. I also like the fact that I was able to purchase it on ebay for less than I would pay in a store here. If your kids like Little Einsteins like mine do, you can't go wrong with this one.
