One of the first RC car growing up. I was about 15 years old and it was my cousin RC car. I was hooked from that point on. My family all have went on to become successful Policemen, Doctors and Engineers. The funny thing is we all still remember our old RC cars. I just sent a picture to my cousin and his exact words were Bad A$$. Money can't buy time, but it can buy my old RC of my childhood. It will be fun showing the next generation what we played with as kids. A little history lesson not learned in schools. Thanks to E-Bay and the older RC friends for keeping the memories going. This car brings back a lot of memories.This was my very first hobby grade RC car I got for my birthday when I just turned 15 years old.My grandmother who has passed away long time ago got this car for me at Stoneleigh Cycle and hobby in Towson Maryland.That place is long and gone for many years now.My brother-in-law helped me build it.Hes gone now to.I upgraded this car with everything ya could do to it at the time .Had the fastest car in the school .Was the best car Tamiya put out at the time.Fixed this car more than I ran it .Had the car way to fast for its plastics and design.Did not handle anything like my cars now a days and it broke easy.But man did I have so much fun with this car.Wish I still had my original Tamiya Falcon .It was fun and looked very cool.I will have to get one of these and do the modern upgrades they have out to beef it up for performance and straight to run this thing again when I brake down and get one.Will bring back many happy memories of being that young kid again .To much simpler happy time back in the 80s.That's truly something you cant put a price on when you get an old vintage RC car like one of these.Read full review
