It’s my first reusable hand warmer, so I didn’t know what to expect. It’s smaller than disposables, gives out less heat BUT it lasts a whole lot longer than the advertised “12 hours of heat!”. In the 5 times I’ve used it, I’ve filled the warmer using Zippo brand fluid like it says up to the 12 hour mark, but I’ll have that sucker going a good 15 hours! Maybe it’s because the catalyst is new, so it’s not burnt down yet, but I’ll take extended use over maybe 15-20°f temp difference from throwaways

This seller should get an A plus for customer service. A little mix up caused me to receive the wrong item. A message to the seller got a very fast response, an apology, and corrective action. In a short time, I received the Vintage Hand Warmers that I ordered and they are in Perfect New Condition with a good price mark.
