I thought that The Shore Road Mystery (Book #6) was an average Hardy Boys comparing that to the other 76 I have read. If you have both the new version along with the original version, read both: they're almost completely different except for the fact that in both of them, cars are being stolen on the Shore Road. The original version, I think, was a little better. They never leave the Bayport area in this book. Notice the person climbing the spider web like thing on the cover.
