A action beat em up flick! With super powers X-men but mostly it has to do with Wolverine! Action fans will like this movie Hugh Jackman is Wolverine! I liked it from the beginning because it had something different compared to all those other X-men movies that he was in and basically this movie should be considered the origins of how did he start with his revenge against his adversaries?! Well here you go! This movie pretty much explains why he is so angry at the people around him?! He has a dark past that he doesn’t want everyone to know about?! Just like half of the rest of the X-men?! Including Phoenix?! You got that right! Anyway this movie is absolutely recommend to anyone who is interested in Wolverine! So do I recommend this movie? That’s a definitely yes! But I’d definitely have a parent around young children who might want to see this movie 🎥 Read full review

I have held off from watching The Wolverine for many years. Wolverine is a different type of Marvel hero. I lived in Japan for a few years some time ago and I definitely felt that the film made a decent effort to show connection with their culture. I like how some of Wolverine's character is revealed in this movie but feel.tgat it failed miserably with it's villians with the exception of the Yakuza; they were depicted as blood thirsty and bent on evil, very accurate ..) Viper and the Silver Samari we're both jokish. I'm uncertain which was worse, probably Viper because she had a cool name and was SUPER lame; but then, she did survive much longer in the film?

The movie has surprises and WOW moments. The Wolverine has some issues with time lines of xmen but if you know the comic book then you would understand. Action is well above A+ as well as the fight scenes. Wish I could've seen more of the female villain and what she could do but I was very satisfied

The Blu-Ray really didn't make that much of a difference to the movie, but the people who wrote the scrip got so many things wrong from Wolverine Origins that it was entertaining just to pick out the mistakes. Like in Wolverine Origins brother Saber tooth was with Wolverine every time he was in an prison-of-war camp, yet he was in a prison-of-war camp in Wolverine saving this guy and his brother wasn't with him. In the original X-Men Saber tooth was a mindless stooge who didn't know who Wolverine was, and on it goes.

The Wolverine was very enjoyable. It was smaller in scale than most superhero movies, and that's perfect because Logan is not a superhero and a Wolverine movie ought not to resemble a "superhero movie". The action sequences were fantastic and felt very real. The casting was great and Hugh Jackman is still perfect for the role after twelve years. Of course, there are some things I would have liked to have seen done differently, but that is true of all movies. I highly recommend The Wolverine for any fan of the character or genre, or for anyone simply looking for an enjoyable and entertaining movie experience.
