Made a 2LB meat loaf using 80% hamburger and made my way 95% meat. All the grease was in the bottom pan and not in / on the loaf. Does have the problem of removing the top pan when hot but from other pan reviews before buying this brand, a problem with most. I used a knife in the corners to start a gap and lifted out that way. Pans seem well made and heavy duty. Cooked evenly, little to no sticking (some cheese in filling stuck a little) 4 stars not 5 because of the pan lift out issue, wish engineers would think things thru, making the top pan handles a little longer on each side would fix this problem.

Wonderful Wilton pans. Strong historical brand. The set-up works well. Soak & wash w/ warm soapy water by hand. I would not put in a dishwasher. Will destroy non-stick finish over time w/ harsh industrial detergents.

Needs spacers between handles. To make it easier to separate pans while hot and give additional space for drainage. I made mine using magnets at approximately 1/4 inch thick. I’ll find out how well that works.

used it for meatloaf once so far. the pan performed as stated. meatloaf came out of the pan without effort and the cleanup was a breeze. highly recommend it. gave it four stars instead of 5 as I do not know how it will hold up over the long run.

This meatloaf pan is super quality construction and design. It drains the grease from your meatloaf while it is cooking. My family all loved the meatloaf that I made with this Wilton pan.
