If you understand and know how to treat this like an seasoned cast iron pan, then this is for you. Those who do not know how to treat it likes an season cast iron pan won't like it. It's great for camping in a large group and big back yard gathering. I set mine up in the back porch as a must have restaurant style cooking. An outdoor kitchen for those who don't want to be inside when the kids are outside. Love this griddle but I wish it was cheaper.
