After using this tape once I found out I've been doing the other exercise videos wrong in the punching and kicking sections, and I used to feel like my joints snaping when I'd do them. This tape does a lot of slow repetitions of each type of punch and kick, and then shows you them in "double time", the way they would be in the workout. This tape is not meant to be used as a workout though as Billy Blank says in it, which is why he doesnt always make you work on both sides of the body during it, he just shows you how it would be done. I got this video in an auction on ebay with some other videos, and always heard great things about Tae Bo so I decided to try it, and I'm glad I did. This video is a must have! Billy is a great leader, he explains what you will be doing before we do it than the workout is top of the line. I decided to buy it because I have heard so much about this video and I had to try it. Let me tell you it is infact a workout. You will feel muscles that was lost for a very long time. After a week of this work out you will feel much better. This is a must have. Really get on and try it for yourself its a challenge you won't regret.
