I am very glad I read this book it has vastly improved my overall health! I used to have abrupt mood swings, gripping anxiety, insecurity, and felt depressed. Since I began taking Omega-3, within a couple weeks I felt better than I have ever felt in my entire life! It is a miracle, I have been taking it for over a year and I continue to feel better. I am living a full life and owe it to this wonderful book being written. I began searching for an alternative treatment because of all the side affects of traditional prescription drugs. This book is very throughly written and provides the information needed to self treat with a natural remedy: Omega-3. The book includes proper dosage guidelines, and foods to eat to improve your health. To prove Omega-3's affectiveness the author who's a physician preformed test trials of Omega-3. Testing it's effectiveness for a variety of ailments; ranging from ADHD, depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia, Crohn's Disease and more... The result is Omega-3 nutrition is effective for all of these ailments and much more. I suggest reading this book it can give you the information to improve your overall health.
