I have always invested in precious metals. This came in handy when the IRS put a $10,800 penalty on us. Yes, that is correct. It has something to do with my husband working overseas. I cashed in the metal I did have and it more then covered the penalty. The rest, I reinvested back into silver. I can no longer afford the other metals. Silver is the average persons' best investment. As many of you should know, the dollar was taken off the gold standard under President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's administration. Later the dollar was taken off the silver standard in 1963 under President Richard M. Nixon's administration. Currently, our dollar has no monetary backing to it at all. It is fiat money. Now I am not a New World Order-UFOs flying down to take over the earth conspiracy theory nut but I do know, I had better have something which will generate monetary power and this is silver. So I am suggesting to all of you out there that every pay period or retirement check period, put aside some money to invest in one coin of silver. It is well worth it all in the long run. MCM is the one company I have found on eBay to have the more reasonable prices of any other company which sells precious metals.Read full review

Counterfeiting is a large and growing concern among coin collectors and silver stackers. Many go the route of buying government-minted coins because they are usually easier to distinguish from fakes. For those not interested in legal tender coins, Sunshine Mint has designed the most secure anti-counterfeiting techniques, which they put into their silver bullion products. For less than the cost of legal-tender coins, Sunshine Minting is the way to go for those interested in silver value!

Silver was the best performer this past year. If you jumped in you made 41% on your investment. If you kept your money in a bank... You lost money. If you invested in the DOW, you made a whopping 6% on your money. Now... Whats in your wallet?

I bought this round because I collect silver bullion. When I have a few bucks left over, I always look to eBay to find a round or flat piece of silver bullion. I figure if the price of silver ever goes up, I can sell for a profit and start buying again when it's low. You never know with the stock market and precious metals.
as described. quick ship. brilliant shine. good way to start collecting silver coins
