This game takes off where Ty 2 left off. It's a little harder and builds skills. I will say that getting the guides online has helped me understand what to do next. If I didn't have the step by step guide I wouldn't have gotten past the first door-didn't know how to open it untill I read the guide. I have enjoyed all 3 of the Ty games. It's much less complicated game that some of the new ones. One fucntion at a time is helpful when reflexes aren't what they use to be. Great for newer players, allows skill building slowly.
Its a fantastic continuation of the series with some updated game mechanics. The gameplay and humor is very inline with rest of the series which is a good thing. If you liked the first two or are just looking to try the game I say go for it.

Another game with evil spirits, ghosts and goblins...don't we have enough challenges and bad guys without makiing up new ones? I prefer games that make you think at least a little....why do all these games have to offer kids the same old line about gaining power from some mystical stone? What happened to challenging them to think on thier feet, use deductive reasoning and win by using thier head??? Instead of some outside quick fix ?
The game works really well
