I bought this book for a leadership academy. It's a great and simple read. Patrick Lencioni's narrative style of writing most of the book makes it easy to read. Expect to be stretched some at least, especially if you are reading with yourself in mind.
Perfect condition and good material. Would recommend the reading.

Lencioni has a way of making his point without simply telling you what to think. While not as good as his Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this book is a good team builder for managers and supervisors who need to keep their eye on the prize - namely the organizational objectives of their company. I would recommend it without reservation.
