This is a good book for those wishing to follow and anti candida diet. It can help with many health issues because candida is at the root of much illness.I like that she teaches food combining but I am still not sold on the blood type diet she tries to incorporate. If one looks on other websites and really learns about the "blood type" diet you will see it isn't researched enought to be accurate. Peoples food needs can change with age and illnesses. I am blood type A and the recommendations for type A don't really fit me. There is still good info in the book and I plan to keep it and try some of the recipes. It's a good companion to Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. I only gave it 4 stars from my doubts about the blood type diet info.
Haven't read it, I just wanted a little information from it for some research. I will read it later, but what I got from it was informal.
