I hear something rattling in there and you have to put it on just the right way. The other 6 hats are good. He is motion detected and battery operated Piano keys move Nice clean battery compartment I HIGHLY recommend reading the instructions in the box beforehand. As far as the head turning goes I think the little motor inside is actually dead. If you are handy and feeling ambitious I’m not sure if you could actually fix it or not, he is entertaining as is
