This is the first Pasta maker I have owned. I love it! It is easy to operate and the dough comes out perfect. We love to make pasta and pastries and until now we used a rolling pin. I regret not buying this sooner.

1st time easy to use and made perfect pasta. Like that other cutters are available and can be motorized if large amounts of pasta are needed. A great machine.

I have been going through pasta machines like crazy because I use them for polymer clay. The brand of clay I use for the most part is quite tough to condition. Therefore, the machines tend to wear out fairly quickly. The last one that I had was the regular Atlas 150 but not the Wellness and I can really tell the difference between the two. This one is heavier and seems to be a bit sturdier, it works perfectly. When I need a new one, I will be buying the Atlas Wellness 150 model again.

It is a great pasta machine! I use it for polymer clay, not pasta. The clay does not stick, nor shred. It is strong, easy to use, and easy to clean. What would be even better is if Marcato marketed a pasta machine for polymer clay artists without the bumpers on the sides, to get the bits of clay out even easier!

Every household should have one of this if fresh pasta is what you are looking for. It is easy to use and very solid product made from Italy. I can see it lasting multiple lifetime.
