The Change One program is an interesting type of diet plan. Instead of putting you on a crash diet, or telling you to stop eating types of foods it tells you to continue eating, just shrink your portions. My wife and I started this program back in the spring. The first thing we realized is that we were eating to many portion sizes. We could still eat the amount of food we wanted, we just had to cut back on how much we ate! :) This is an easy book to follow. It has great ideas and awesome recipes!
