Jean Paul Gaultier is a French fashion designer whose first individual collection was released in 1976. Best known as the “enfant terrible” of fashion, Gaultier’s designs cover a wide range from street fashion to haute couture. In 1993 the company launched its first perfume – the famous and provocative Jean Paul Gaultier EDP for women, later renamed to Classique. Followed by Le Male in 1995, Fragile in 1999, and many more, his perfumes have been praised for their exclusive compositions and extravagant packaging.
