History of the Industry of California Pottery
This is a beautiful, well written book that covers the history of the California Pottery Industry. This book is not only fascinating the pictures are well taken and colorful. This is the 2nd edition of this book and a must have for any collector of California Pottery. What a rich history. There is a chapter for eack of the major producer that influenced the industry of the state. This is a wonderful reference book for any collector. The values have also been updated 2002. If you buy, sell or collect Pottery you need this book for your collection.

Great book for collectors.
This is a fantastic book. I had been looking for a reference book to further my knowledge about this wonderful hobby of collecting vintage California Pottery. The book covers the major potteries and has wonderful photos. The book even has explains the various pottery markings found on the underside of the pots and vases.

This book was very exact and included everything you would need to recognize these California Pottery Companies. It had clear pictures of each item and a manufactures mark to go with it--it was even readable. It also included prices of each piece.
