Works real good. Only drawbacks that I can see is that it is a disposable item, meaning when it stops working you can't replace the bulb or fix it, and it is another "Made in China" item made to throw away. This is my second one. Last one worked great for two years being used from dusk to dawn every day.

Not a fan. It's not as bright as lead to believe and it's cheaply made. The prongs are horrible quality and bent when I tried to plug it in, one prong actually cracked. I had to replace the plug by splicing the wires. I should have spent more money and bought a better quality item.

You can't see it. Unless you live in a cave or a subway I would not recommend buying the white one you just can't see it. We have one streetlight near our house and it really doesn't affect any outdoor decorations except the gemmy. Maybe another color but I doubt it.
