I purchased the book after seeing a special on the Today Show. I wanted to loose some weight and I simply needed to get started. I had to "convince" my wife because she had tried to get me to do some healthy eating before, but I had never gotten into it. We have been doing the deal for about a week and both of us are glad we are doing it. I have lost 5 pounds, but if I did not lose any more it would be worth to be eating healthy. It can only be good for us. We have decided to do step one again and then we will start the next steps in a week. I am located in South Korea and I purchased this book and paid to have it shipped by media mail. One month earlier I had purchased two books from Amazon and they has also shipped by media mail. It took those books almost 6 weeks to get to me. This book was in my hand within 2 weeks.Read full review

pictures of before and after ..real people, and what they ate to lose weight. also what they did, exercise, etc. i really have not gotten much into the book yet...

Don't Bother
Same old thing. No news here. Not worth the price. We all know that in order to loose weight one must eat less of the right foods and to exercise more. Don't bother.
