I found this book good for the money. It lacks pictures & I prefer illustrated cookbooks, but if you simply want to make crepes then I found the basic Crepe recipe was right on. I used a blender to process my mixture & used a low heat on my range. I would guess there are better books around but this one won't let you down.

You get a wide variety of crepes, sweet and savory and some key ingredients that will add original aspect and taste to your crepes. I am from france, so i was familiar with the crepes, but i still enjoyed this book because it helped me focus, since i was a little confused about such a versatile dish
This book is very small. I was expecting it to be at least 7 x 9, Not 3 x 4. This book can easily get lost in my cookbook library. The recipes were ok.
