Chanel and Prada have some of the best perfumes. This is my favorite Chanel, literally like a powdery version of Chanel #19. If you know and like Prada's Infusion D'Iris, also a powdery perfume, you will most likely enjoy this. This Chanel goes on very strong, but like most perfumes I love, it does not last long except to stay close to the skin. This is not an offensively strong perfume that will fill a room. For an expensive smelling, refined, but typically Chanel perfume, this seems like a good value to me.

Chanel 19 Poudre is very cooling and beautiful. Powdery soft, wears close to skin. Just when I thought it had faded away, I got complimented on it after wearing it for 9 hours. i couldn't detect it any more after 4hours, but others could. Sweet, feminine, soft , great for office wear. Non offensive clean refreshing scent.

Based on prior research I thought this perfume would be a green fragrance. It doesn't smell green to me but still very classy.
