I love Star Wars and I love Legos. I’ve played the LEGO Star Wars game and I’ve played the LEGO original trilogy and I love them both. I love the way the complete saga updates the graphics slightly as well as adding so much more to find in each level as well as so many more extra levels and bonuses. The music in this game is straight out of the movies and that’s so amazing and makes the game feel so good. I only wish the game had classic controller support. To where the game plays with the Wii remote and the nunchucks feels like it’s trying to emulate a traditional controller and I am and I feel like it would be better to just have a traditional controller like the Wii classic controller or Wii classic controller pro. I have gotten pretty used to the way the game controls with the Wii remote and the nunchuck but I’ve also played the previous Lego Star Wars games on PlayStation 2 with the dual shock controller as well as the same exact game on PS3 with the door shock controller and it is a better way to play the game. I definitely think this is a great game on Wii but it’s better on other consoles. Xbox 360 and PS3 have LEGO Star Wars the complete saga in glorious 1080 P high definition full screen. Then tendo Wii as and adapter made by third-party company called Wii to HD and although it almost feels the screen I am still saying on most because it doesn’t fill the screen and it does look better than even the component cables but it’s still not as good as through HDMI 1080 P high definition. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been enjoying this game a lot and this is the only version that I own but if you’re at a similar price point and you’re debating whether to get this game for Xbox 360 or PS3 or Nintendo Wii I would say go with the Xbox 360 or the PS3 Since they do have HDMI 1080 P high definition. The other benefit to the Xbox 360 and the PS3 is the dual shock controller and the Xbox controller which video and play so much better than a Wii remote and nunchuck. If you like the controls on the end and a weed then it’s really up to you to decide which version of the game you get. If you don’t mind that you’re not going to get 1080 P high definition graphics on Nintendo Wii then by all means get the Nintendo Wii version of the game. In conclusion, I was just want to say that the game plays really well on the Nintendo Wii and with the HDMI adapter that I have for the Nintendo Wii it looks really good as well as all the other Nintendo Wii games. I still wish the game at classic controller support but for what it is with the Wii remote and the nunchuck trying to simulate a traditional controller layout it’s a pretty good Nintendo Wii game.Read full review

It wouldn’t ever play. My son was so let down. I believe it would have been a good game if we had ever been able to play it. I’m not sure if it was just this disc or not, but it sure wasn’t what we’d hope for. I have heard that some of the more complex, double level games sometimes have trouble loading/playing. I’m not sure if that was our trouble or not.

Pros -includes all six Star Wars movies which provide great source material for the entire game -allows you to play as nearly any character from the Star Wars Universe -injects more humor into the Star Wars stories -controls are easy to use -lots of things to collect and places to explore in each level -sounds great: like star wars; uses original Star Wars music (note: if you're new to Lego games - characters don't talk, they just gesture, grimace, and grunt) -online play option -option to play with two people offline anytime Cons -includes the first three star wars movies - episodes I, II, and III - these levels are not as well designed as the last three episodes -characters sliding off edges of the level -switching between characters is sometimes a mess -camera angles are occasionally awkward -no level creator (now in the new Lego Indy game) -vehicle levelsRead full review
I remember playing this as a kid with my bro on the original xbox. Now I wanted to relive the nostalgia and it's just as good as i remember. I recommend this game to anybody who likes Star Wars, but WATCH ALL THE MOVIES FIRST or there will be spoilers and you won't understand anything. It's entertaining for all ages. To conclude It's an overall awesome game that will create many memories for years to come plus there are many bonuses that will keep you entertained for years to come.

Once again the Lego series makes video gaming what it was designed to be---fun. There is just enough puzzle solving to make the game have purpose---but the overall objective is simply to move a character around, smash things, and collect coins. For pre-teens it's exactly what they love. Easy controls, bright colors, a storyline that follows the movie. If you want a game that has mystery and in depth strategy, don't buy any of the Lego series. If you simply just want to pick up a controller and enjoy some family time, then any of the Lego series is a perfect choice.
