The shuffler does its job. Once in a while it jams and the cards have to be pulled out manually and placed in the reservoir. Or the cards come out from only one side instead of two, and then you have to fish them out of the reservoir, place them on top of the rubber wheels, push them in to make sure they have contact with the rubber, and begin shuffling again. On the whole it's convenient if you're not good at shuffling cards by hand. I only wish the turning crank weren't detachable because being a very small part and black, it's prone to getting lost or misplaced, and you can't shuffle the cards without it. On the whole, the shuffler does a good job of mixing the cards & is easy to use.

This is so nice when a bunch of my friends get together to pay Hand and Foot. There are LOTS of cards, and the battery powered shuffler is soooo loud! This works just find and just uses a little elbow grease. It is nice and quiet. Recommend. A++++

First of all, it comes with "2" plastic turn handles. So far we've not broken the first one. Make sure that your cards are new so they don't jamb while shuffling. Even if it jambs now & then, it's still better than having to manually shuffle the cards. (unless your'e a pro and like to shuffle)

good shuffler; so much better than battery operated. It also holds at least 3 decks; I play with 5 decks but it still takes less time than hand shuffling.

Good card shuffler. Much quieter than than any battery operated shufflers. Won’t have to ever buy batteries again. Works well for various card sizes too.
