Could use updating with recipes= adjustments for food sensitivities, such as to gluten or dairy.
Need to be gluten and dairy-free, so many recipes are not useful or need to figure out hoe to tweak and still have a good result.

Great low fat recipes from the famous Moosewood Restaurant!
Found this book at a vacation rental and fell in love with it! When I got home I just had to have it and found it at a fantastic buy on Ebay. So glad I got it! Have just tried a few of the recipes so far but love them.
