This CD contains ballads from the 70's that were very popular and many of which were "mood romance" type music. To my knowledge, this CD is the best compilation of Stylistic's music on the market and most complete. There is music for everyone with such popular hits such as "You make me feel brand new" and "Betcha By Golly Wow" and "You are Everything." The music of the Stylistics stands the test of time and is as relevant today as in the 70's. Their music dates to the same period of other similar Motown type bands such as The Temptations; The Ojays; The Four Tops; The Chi-lites and many other top bands of that period. I would rate this "best of" CD by the Stylistics on parr with "best of" CD's of any of these other groups of that era.
Great, great compilation! Well mastered, excellent sound. This album has all of the Stylistics that I need in one package. I'm very happy that I did the research that lead me to this set. It was highly recommended on an Audiophile forum. I can see why.

I've loved there music for over 30 years now. Was glad I finally got a chance to by all there great hits. The first album I bought was "In Fashion" in 1978 and now I have all there good music with lead singer Russell Thompkins Jr. Great CD. Would recommend it to anyone who likes old school smooth music.
The Very Best of the Stylistics was a christmas present I could not find in my local area. My wife is happy with this she plays it every day.
