Even though I've been diabetic for a long time, I'm very excited about this cookbook. This is the only cookbook anyone would need--diabetic or not! It has 2000 recipes that run the gamut from appetizers to very nice desserts with many choices in between. Servings for 1 or 2 or even 20, you can find many different recipes to tweak your tastebuds while feeding the entire family. Furthermore, it will encourage anyone watching carbs because of the nutritional information with each recipe. There is further information from the American Diabetic Association and American Dietetic Association in the back of the book. This is just what I needed!
complete!!!!!!!!!!???????????? huh??????????i was hoping it would have more casseroles and more ideas to make for meals. It has a lot of sweet things but not enough meals for diabetics. I wanted to get less calerie ideas now I have this big cook book that takes up space that I can hardly use.
Full of awesome recipes that anyone can eat and enjoy!
