The Complete System of Self-Healing
Delighted. I am really happy with the service and the quality of the book received, it was even better than expected. I have been reading a long, long time and I have bought many books over the years. I am a technology user and love the fact that I have access to books that were either unavailable or very, very hard to locate never mind buy in my early days. Now as I'm older and wiser I recognize that that same technology also provides similar benefits when seeking that which is out of date or no longer in print and this is what brought me to Thrift Books. I could have bought this book closer to home but discovered it would have cost me more. Being somewhat limited financially I decided I would take a risk and follow the quality reviews and go for the best I could afford. I have not been disappointed and I am very, very happy with the result. Thank you so much Thrift Books you have provided even better than I had hoped for. The Complete system of Self-Healing
This is an amazingly detailed understanding of how to use the Tao in everday life to maximize health and peace of mind. It is one part of a set of books written by Dr. Stephen Chang. Each book addresses a differnt topic and each book stands alone.

Informative, Practical and an easy read
This book is a definite keeper. I find the exercises simple and easy to follow. The benefits are certainly there in the practice of the various series. Good for novice healers as myself. Practical Informative and an easy read.
