Upon Inspection my suitcases are exceptional quality, and I have had high price dept store before. I totally love the color, and the fact that all of them are swivel wheeled! I couldn't find this in a set ANYWHERE EXCEPT YOUR STORE! Now for the shipping. I got these before expected delivery date per fed ex dates, & in the rush of xmas season. I wrote the owner, and ordered these a bit last minute, he sent them out swiftly, and as I had prayed they are here before my flight which is in two days, that's when they were SUPPOSED to get here. This is where I will be buying all my future luggage needs and will fwd my family and friends. I AM SO VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE AND THE SWIFT SHIPPING!😃

Bought these from a different retailer but thought I would leave a review here. First flight one wheel was destroyed the baggage handlers. Second vacation another wheel destroyed. It's a good thing they weren't expensive. I contacted manufacturer and they won't sell me replacements. :( As far as the rest, I really like the luggage. Plenty of room and pockets. It's also nice that they expand.

For the money, this seems to be a great set of luggage for the money. But expect no more than a year of use. When these bags are tipped back at an angle to pull, the wheels turn in at about a 45 degree angle to the direction they are being pulled. This is because of the weight of the bad and the design of the wheels. Needless to say, the wheels wear down. And even break. My set now has to be carried. These bags are a waist of money. Avoid them.
