Volume 4 of Grimm Fairy Tales is a collection of Issues 19-24 (the fairy tales "Rapunzel", The Boy Who Cried Wolf", "The Sorcerer's Apprentice", "The Snow Queen", and "Snow White & Rose Red"), along with the short story "The Lamp". The colors are vibrant, the panels are often graphic, and the comic book chicks are (almost all) hot. If, after reading the first few issues you said "ehhh...", try Volume 4. It seems the series has improved since the beginning. These stories are all wrapped in some modern scene, and are designed to teach the modern characters (and hence, us) some lesson. But, beware, sometimes that lesson is very much in the negative (hence the classification as "horror"). If you don't like being taught a lesson, or if you don't like any horror, you may want to skip the series entirely. As I said in the beginning, this series has improved since it's beginning. A large part of this is more fully-developed story lines, "the better to get you to read it". :-) The only reason why I rated this as "good" instead of "excellent" is that my favorite comic genre is Superheroes. Although, you can tell that Grimm Fairy Tales is good reading since it grabbed my attention so well. I'll tell you which Zenescope series I consider excellent: the Wonderland series.
