We were looking for a secure way to put up our aluminum flag pole on our travel trailer. Since we have an awning on one side of trailer and a slide out on the other side, were knew we would not be able to use it under a tire. However, after taking a close look at the tongue jack at the front of the trailer we were fairly certain this product would work there. When the product arrived, the first this we noticed was the heavy duty construction. Very well made out of heavy steel that was coated nicely. Also, it was nice to find that the end of the "tube" part was threaded so it screws into the bottom part which is also threaded. Very sturdy!! On our first trip out, we placed a board between the flag stand and the tongue jack, lowered the jack and it worked PERFECTLY!! Also, this puts the flag at the front of the trailer where it is better seen. Suggest you measure the diameter of your flag pole to make sure it will fit in the stand. Overall, very pleased, highly recommend this product !!!! Suggest the seller also list it has a tongue jack flag stand with a corresponding picture. Most likely will increase sales quite a bit and solve a problem facing many campers.Read full review

It is billed as a flag support but as an Amateur Radio operator I needed something to support my fiberglass mast from Spiderbeam. This works beautifully and was not too expensive. It was a bit difficult to get the threads of the two pieces to align so I used some anti-seize and plan to leave it joined together as one unit so as not to risk cross-threading them and ruining a great price of gear.
