The Battle of the wilderness by Gordon Rhea
I wanted this book because it is one of four in a series by this author. I enjoyed his writing in the second book of his series, Spottsylvania and the Battle for Yellow Tavern. I have begun reading Wilderness and am pleased to say it is well written and hard to out down. Many details about the reorganization of the Army of the Potomac and Grant's new leadership are revealed. But I must finish it first.
