All of the walking dead series are really very well done. The writers are unbelievably well versed in human nature and are able to write conversations that are believable in the context of the story. I know that some poetic licence is necessary as gun do not run forever without reloading, and vehicles don't like old bad gas. However, as a whole the story lines are very well done.

This 1st season contains the terrifying build-up to the apocalyptic horror of the initial infection, infestation, and ultimate horror of the "walking dead" zombies. Very well acted, and well scripted - probably because it comes from the same writers of the "Walking Dead." An absolute "must-see" for fans!
