I bought it for my daughter for Christmas. She loves to dance, sing, and watch all of the shows that the songs are from on the disk so I know she will love it. My fiance and I tried the product to make sure it worked and everything. My fiance and I had so much fun trying it out, I've decided we will be buying more DDR for ourselves from this seller! Everything was perfect and I could not be happier or more excited about Christmas! Updated March 12, 2009--We absolutely love it! My daughter and many guests have loved playing the game. We actually bought more DDR games because it is so much fun and a great workout. I will be browsing this seller's store for future purchases.
You really have to step hard on the mat to get a response. We've tried moving the mat around at different distances. Also carpet versus hardwood floor. It's just an O.K. game. Graphics sluggish.

It's a coincidence that I was asked to write a review about this product as it hasn't been out of the box. I bought it for my "special needs" child who loves the Disney channel,first I asked my 16 yr old son if it would play on his PS3 format. He replied yes and so I bought it. After it arrived did he casually mention that I would need a separate connection which apparently is not to be found so. . .it sits in the box!! My reason for this info, which really isn't a true review, is for a buyer to make sure of the format that you need before purchasing a game product. This sure looked like it would be lots of fun.
I bought this for my oldest daughter for xmas and believe it will get so winter movement in her .Take the cabin fever out of the picture plus she loves hannah montana .Very well packed game .Looks to be in the upper quality of games came w/ the pad too.I checked around before buying this on ebay and you can not beat ebayers prices for offering.I do recommend this for anyone w/ children .Need to keep them active and get them motivate !!!
I don't mean to deter anyone from purchasing this game but it was a big disappointment for my daughter and me. After getting the first copy lost in the mail, I waited til I saw another one I could afford(4 months later) and after finally getting it, we were disappointed in two things. One, it wasn't as good as all the others in the series...graphics, it was too busy and the timing wasn't as good as in the other versions of DDR. And secondly, the biggest disappointment was that after seeing the cover, reading the descriptions, seeing all my daughter's favorite stars, one would assume they actually sung the dang songs...WRONG! Major disappointment for my kid. Seems like false advertising to me. TY and GL
