I'm surprised that such an inexpensive scope works so well. The bane of cheap scopes is two fold ---- the adjustment clicks do not move the point-of-impact the stated amount, and the scopes do not hold zero over time. This el-cheapo doesn't perform like a Redfield or Leupold, but much better I'd expected, especially in regards to holding zero while stored. That, and the low price made this a good buy for me. Cheap/poor-quality scopes were once easily identifiable by their poor optical imaging. That's changed --- even the cheapest scopes have bright and sharp optics these days; another marvel of modern engineering and design.

I bought this scope to replace a really cheap scope that came as part of my crossbow package. I mounted this with a set of low profile 1" scope rings. I took the time to level the scope to the string rail of the crossbow before tightening the mounts around the scope. I finally got out to shoot and sight in the scope today. Set up the target at 20 yards. I know this was just luck but it was spot on. The bolt struck the target exactly where the first line of the reticle was. I didn't have to adjust the scope any. For the cost this scope has really good clarity. The reticle doesn't over clutter the scope as the one I had on my bow. If you are looking for a low cost yet decent quality scope this one should do the trick.

Good fixed power scope. Easy to setup and the glass is bright and clear. The adjustments are accessible without tools which makes life easy. The range lines are a little thick compared to more current offerings but doesn't get in the way of the sight picture.

I bought this scope for a crossbow. It is relatively clear for a budget scope. It ran out of vertical adjustment and had to shim it. Once it was set the yardage increments were perfect at 10,20,30 and 40. Good scope for a little money.
